As King's Arms has grown, so has our staff expanded. We employ several people full-time and many on a part-time basis. From church vision and finance management to web design and events coordination, all areas of our church are run by dedicated staff and volunteers who care deeply about seeing God's kingdom come in Bedford and around the world.
We believe that the biblical pattern of church leadership is an eldership team. We have five elders who form that team with one lead elder who helps to facilitate the team. The elders are accountable to the trustees of the King's Arms Trust for all financial and legal matters and are connected to the Newfrontiers family of churches. The elders lead the church with the help of the ministry team leaders, who oversee specific areas of church life, and the coaches, who oversee our missional communities and life groups.
